Visit our idyllic surroundings

Tárbena is a municipality in the Valencian Community located in the province of Alicante, belonging to the Marina Baja region.

Our hotel is in the heart of the village, next to the Town Hall and the Church, and opposite the supermarket.

Enjoy nature in the heart of the Mediterranean mountains.

The two most notable elements of the geography are the landscape and the springs.

Location of great scenic value thanks to the rugged and craggy limestone mountain formations belonging to the Prebetic system. In addition to the mountains, the Mediterranean Sea with the bay of Altea, Benidorm, the coast of the Marina Alta and even Ibiza form part of the landscape. The village, at an altitude of 565m, has a municipal area of 31,7 km² formed by three valleys; the valley of Binarreal-Sacos, the valley of Bijouca and the valley of La Murta.

Numerous springs spring up naturally throughout the municipality, making them one of the great water reserves of the Marina Baja. The most outstanding springs are Casibanyes, Benisalim, La Murta, Benireal, Sa font des Olbis and the springs located in the town centre. Due to the high rainfall (more than 700 mm compared to 350 mm in Benidorm) and the high permeability of the calcareous rock, Tàrbena is located on a large aquifer (Carrascal-Ferrer), the most important spring being the Fuentes de Algar.

In addition, there are other attractions nearby, such as the Aqua Natura water park 26 km away, Aqualandia 29 km away.

Our hotel is 25 km from the coast, so there are several beaches and coves nearby, but without the hustle and bustle of the coastal environment.

Also, as an important part of our Valencian Community, the natural park of the Montgó Massif is located 40 km away from our accommodation.

The nearest airport is Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández Airport, 80 km away.
